I remember when I was a trainee driving instructor many moons ago. I once had a pupil who just could not learn to park. I commented to a wise old instructor how useless the pupil was. He said something that's stuck with me for all these years....
"it's not the pupil who is thick, it's you!"
That lesson was valuable to me. If a pupil can't do something ir isn't their fault. It's the job of the driving instructor to find a way of teaching it so they can do it.
Another wise man once said to me.
"there are many ways to cook an egg!"
